What does it mean to believe in something long before the world fully embraces it? Four decades ago, I put pen to paper on the subject of Yoga. This was the time when it was met with suspicion rather than celebration.
Yoga was misunderstood, questioned and in many places unwelcome — yet its five-thousand-year-old wisdom was quietly transforming lives. This article was written in that spirit with conviction, care and a deep belief that what heals the individual ultimately elevates the collective.
Today, millions practice what was then considered fringe. The wisdom has not changed — only the world's willingness to receive it has.
This is my first published word on yoga and perhaps my most personal. I hope it inspires you as deeply as it has stayed with me.

Am extremely well constructed and detailed read which conveys the benefits and also the reason why yoga is today a household word, accepted and embraced globally with humanity understanding the immense benefits.
